Learn MoreI was greeted immediately upon ringing the bell to get in. Receptionist was friendly and gave me paperwork to complete. I was taken in the back and prepped. All staff were courteous and the doctor was very nice. Of course I don't remember the procedure, but all went well. The after care was quick and kind. I dressed while my daughter was called for pick up. Overall, a very good experience, such as the test allows.
I had a phenomenal experience here . This was my first colonoscopy and I didn’t know what to expect. The staff was beyond helpful answering any questions and making me feel comfortable. The nurse Dawn was amazing ! The anesthesia person Lou was fabulous! and Dr. Uribe made me feel comfortable before the procedure and after In The recovery room , answering questions and explaining to me what was done and why . I couldn’t have picked a better place to have my 1st colonoscopy. Would definitely recommend!
Very thorough! Everyone was pleasant! Suggestion: Make sure patients on blood thinners are notified when to stop taking their meds SEVEN WORKDAYS PRIOR! AND Add to Instruction Sheet "Masks to be worn ... worn correctly .. . by patients AND drivers." Also might add to Instructions "Have #6 Poise Pads on hand!!!" Appreciate the Prep being totally tasteless and not having to drink that nasty Sodium Nitrate anymore.
